  Provides services, one-on-one intensive case management, support and group services to a population who struggle through multiple barriers during their settlement process, with the goal of building and enhancing their capacity to become self-sufficient.

  Our Staff and trainers Outreach Worker around the world speak several languages. They can assist client and connect them to the resources as soon as possible. They have the ability to provide linguistic interpretation in the critical major languages; they have as well the knowledge of sensitive cultures, a style appropriate to communicate effectively in a wide variety of situation, negotiation and resolution of related issues.
