Assistance call center

We represent the first point of contact for newly arrived refugees throughout our Assistance Call Center.

We answer over the phone clients in need of assistance calls and e-mails.

The Assistance call center provides information, orientation and referral services to support and facilitate the successful resettlement and integration of new immigrants and refugees across the United States.

We provide initial services to orient refugees to life in the U.S., securing housing, addressing medical concerns, registering children in school, applying for Social Security.

We coordinate with social services providers to maximize services to refugees.

Our Live agent call centers are trained case managers, have in-depth knowledge of the needs and issues of immigrants and refugees in United States and abroad.

They have developed expertise in the refugee resettlement system and human services practices.

They have experience in working with new immigrants’ community from various cultural backgrounds.

They Provides information about daily living, access to community resources such as, public assistance benefits, Medicaid, SNAP or Cal Fresh (formerly known as food stamps), cash assistance, and LIHEAP (Low-Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program), housing, employment, healthcare, education, banking, enrolling children in school, public transportation, starting a business, buying a home.
