We provide practical support in areas of daily life such as: life in USA, education system, employment, school, healthcare system, personal and child safety, housing, shopping, getting to know the neighbourhood, public transportation, health and hospital orientation and accessing community resources.

We provide direct services or appropriate referrals services to orient refugees to life, social services, securing housing, addressing medical concerns, interpretation service, employment training, registering children in school, applying to Social Security, ID cards, and referring refugees to services. Case managers also offer counseling in home-budgeting, crisis intervention, family counseling, energy assistance, English as a Second langage helping refugees become economically self-sufficient.
We offer Services over the phone to our clients across the nation to assist refugee clients and persons with limited English proficiency to communicate effectively across languages and cultures, to access medical service, social and employment services; for initial job training and to facilitate communication between employees and employers.
Health interpretation services
The interpreters help clients and staff to communicate with each other while delivering and receiving services. Our interpreters are highly skilled in diverse medical interpretation process and are competent with HIPAA.
The program contracts several experienced interpreters whom are former refugees and trained 40 hours to serve clients in a confidential manner to ensure privacy of parties. We can provide translation and interpretation services in over 30 languages including French, Arabic, Farsi, Somali, Swahili for: Resettlement et support programs, Health Care, Translations of general documents and foreign documents needed for settlement services.
Our clients include county departments, local courts, corporations, private clinics, hospitals, juvenile detention centers, school districts, immigration centers, other non-profit agencies.
